• Medium: Tech Plate Carrier plus 2 x 6.5lb TWL Tech Plates (7.5Kg total)
• Heavy (Murph): Tech Plate Carrier plus 2 x 8.5lb TWL Tech Plates (9.5Kg total)
  
• Loaded: Tech Plate Carrier plus 4 x 8.5lb TWL Tech Plates (16.5Kg total)

The 'Heavy Murph' pack is 20lb (9.5Kg) when the weight of the vest is included which is the official weight for the Murph workout.

Please note: Tech Plates are not to be used as body armour.
